The location is fantastic, with the famous Seoul Tower nearby and a popular restaurant just a short walk away. The bathroom has a shower for convenience.

Location and price
I had much difficulty locating the hotel. Make the location more clear by reference to surrounding area. Many taxi and people did not know location specifically.

The price is worthy. It's also very near to the station.
Please give the address in Korean as well. No taxi driver can read the english address on the website. It took me 1 hour to find the place.

By far the worst place I have been ever. Don´t go there!! Dirty, uncomfortable, bad service, toilet not working, shit smell, incredible... And I paid around u$75!!!. Really bad... Hope this comments will help places like this disapear.

The location is very convinient to access all shopping areas in Seoul and subway. I stay in delux room which is the price a little bit higher but it is reasonable bcoz of the spacios room (separate living room and bed room).
The way fm the main road to my room is not safe at all (if u travel alone) even the cctv is set up. The tiny walkway is so dimmy. We are personally feel totally unsecure even for daytime n nighttime. Both of us tried to silencely check n listen tht the room next door is occupied or not. We need neighbour !!! The drain smelling is always came out. We would definately back to stay there. Based on the property physically, Namsan Guesthouse is much more better.

Ideal localization - in the very heart of the city. Very close to Subway, tourists atractions and n Seoul Tower. Free, always accessible Wi-Fi Close to shops, exchange, shopping centre Water tank in the room with hot/cold water
Very basic standard - in my opinion too expensive for the quality it brings payment by credit card additionally charged by 10% extra - robbery! Especially in such a modern country like South Korea. Very basic breakfast - slice of toast bread with a bit of jam eaten in the standing position..

i think the staffs there were very helpful and can communicate through english or chinese easily, this is important. Also, the location is good undoubtedly, just around 10-15 mins walk, you can arrive the train station or myeongdong and there is an airport bus station nearby as well. Overall, this house is recommended if you would like to search a place which is near shopping area and cost effective.
The location was hard to find at the first time. The rubbish bin would be clear or the toilet paper would be refilled when you voiced out, this is quite passive.

The location was not easy to find, it was only thanks to the taxi driver who had gps that we managed to find the sign of yun guesthouse. As our room was not part of the main house, each night, we had to hike up a hilly back alley or hike up about 30 steep steps before we reached our room, definitely not a place for couple with young children, it was ok for friends though.

The location is very convenient,the hotel have wifi in the room,hair dryer and tv also have,It takes 5 mins to walk to Myeong dong,but there have no room service for cleaning. Jennifer
